Establishment of the agreement
Orange Babies is authorized to refuse a delivery or to attach special conditions to the delivery. If Orange Babies is unable to establish your place of residence, the delivery will not be accepted.

Prices and fees
Prices in the Orange Babies’ Online Shop include 19% VAT. Prices mentioned in the Orange Babies Online Shop do not include shipping and administration costs. For each order we charge € 2.50 in shipping costs, regardless of the number of items ordered. We reserve the right of printing errors and and price changes.

Delivery
Orange Babies handles the acceptance of deliveries and the shipment of orders with the utmost care. Orange Babies ships the accepted orders as soon as possible in order of receipt. In general delivery will occur within approximately two weeks after receipt of order. If (timely) delivery of the articles ordered is not possible due to depletion of stock or if delivery is delayed for other reasons, you will be notified within 30 days of placing the order.

Delivery address and delivery service
When ordering an article from Orange Babies you decide to what address the order will be delivered. Delivery is restricted to The Netherlands and Belgium.

Transport guarantee
If before opening the package you find the package has been damaged, please contact Orange Babies. If you have already opened the package on finding the damage, please report this to Orange Babies. Unused damaged articles will be replaced by Orange Babies free of charge.

Age limit
Orange Babies will not accept orders from persons under the age of 18.

Complaints and consumer protection
If you are dissatisfied about Orange Babies’ products or services, please do not hesitate to contact Orange Babies. If you have a complaint about a delivery, please contact Orange Babies within two months after manifestation of the defect or within two months after you could have reasonably taken note of the defect. A complaint filed with Orange Babies will be answered within 30 days after receipt. If a complaint is expected to take longer to process Orange Babies will send you a confirmation of receipt indicating when a reaction concerning the content of the complaint can be expected. Orange Babies has an internal complaint committee who are committed to solving customers’ problems or complaints in the best possible way in consultation with the customer.

Terms of payment
Orange Babies will only ship the products ordered after receipt of payment
